Horse and Rider Info

FOR FEI RIDERS: - HORSE INSPECTIONS ARE COMPULSORY PRIOR TO THE DRESSAGE PHASE FOR FEI CIC***, CIC** & CIC* CLASSES.

Trot Ups will take place beside the pavilion.

Trot Up times are at riders discretion within the listed open times under the following conditions:

  • Riders & Horses MUST present for Horse Inspection AT LEAST 1 hour prior to their DR time.  You must have  your horse ID documents with you. (*** horses must have FEI or EA passports, ** & * horses only require EA registration documents...the ones with the horse diagram).

  • Horse Inspections are NOT an excuse for late arrival to DR Arenas.

  • Multiple riders may only present 3 Horses at any one time however earlier DR times will take precedence.
  • Riders must be dressed appropriately for presentation to FEI Officials, clean riding attire accepted.  Dress must be neat, clean & tidy.
  • Horses must be groomed appropriately for presentation to FEI Officials.  Plaiting is not compulsory.
  • Failure to present for Horse Inspection prior to DR will result in elimination

Our Horse Inspection programming has been designed to work for you as riders, please use it in a responsible manner.
Trot Up Open Times:  Saturday 7am - 9am, 10am - 10.30am, 11am - 11.30am & 12MD - 12.30pm.

ALL RIDERS:  Please register with the Event Secretary on arrival.

TEAM REGISTRATIONS:  At the Secretary's Office until 2pm Saturday.

CAMPING: Will only be available to Camping permit holders.  Be sure to print the permit supplied by Nominate with your entry confirmation and have it ready to present on arrival.  Non permit holders will be directed to Day Parking.

ICE:  Bags of Ice will be available for purchase from 9am Saturday and will be located near the main toilet/shower block.

FARRIER: Will be on site from 7am Saturday.  Contact via the Secretary's Office.

FOOD & DRINK OUTLETS: Will be available all day Saturday & Sunday.

CAMPING:
Permitted at Bicentennial Park.
Total fire ban is permanently in force on Park grounds. No power available for campers.

DIVISION OF CLASSES:
Classes may be divided at the discretion of the committee. Please state on entry form if junior.

OTHER:
The committee reserve the right to reject ANY entry with or without giving a reason.

HOSPITALITY:
Hospitality tent tickets must be pre-purchased for information go to the hospitality page on this website.
There will be activities for the whole family on Sunday including jumping castle and face painting.


Please note: $10 ground fee is included in the entry fee
